About Brittani Heller

I am a high school biology teacher from New Jersey who is looking to change things up from the traditional classroom. As a new teacher I am constantly searching for new strategies and ideas to present and engage my students with. I graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Secondary Education.

Through “Beyond the ‘Concept’ of Conceptual Biology” I strive to bring my students’ experiences outside of the classroom and into the real ever-changing world of science. I hope that students will become engaged not only with what I post but also will share their own enthusiasm towards different branches of science.
